Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Murder Beach Productions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item after notifying you.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Murder Beach Productions signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Handmade Disclaimer

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Please understand that all Textures & Colors In products are handmade and have natural and unique imperfections.
Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature of the product.
Any item you purchase is one of a kind. There are no two items that are exactly the same. Even if the fabric is from the same dye lot, the unique patterning of colors will always make each item beautifully different.
Please note that all our products are meticulously handmade by master artisans one order at a time. Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind.

Prop Controller Legal Disclaimer

The Prop Controller Legal Disclaimer clarifies that Murder Beach Productions is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise from the use or misuse of the product or service. Users are advised not to change any settings on the Prop Controller. The Prop Controller is already set to the proper setting for the prop. We are not liable for any prop malfunction due to any alteration or use of the prop controller.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Murder Beach Productions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Murder Beach Productions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Murder Beach Productions shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Taxes

Murder Beach Productions shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
